It's scheduled to go to conference where if 4 or more justices vote yes, it goes to a hearing where the attorney's present their cases and answer questions, then the justices deliberate. The big hurdle right now is hoping it makes it up to the hearing.
The claims of immunity are bullshit. How can they have immunity from upholding the constitution while carrying out the duties of their political office? They may as well do away with the Oath of Office if that's the case.
