This always bugged me on Ninja Warrior. They compete at "Mount Midoriyama".

yama means mountain.

Like, Japanese people don't say "Mt. Fuji", they say "Fujiyama".

So Ninja Warrior always said Mount Midori Mountain.

Everyone just ignores me when I complain though...............................

Don't you know you look silly saying that dumb shit? I don't blame people for not speaking Japanese or not speaking Welsh, but you know, after a while you figure out what happened and then you fix it so you don't look dumb?
