Even if the case is an actual case the SC is taking, I’m not sure I trust Juan O’sauvin’s analysis of it. This article reads like bullshit. If it’s true, that’s great. I’m not waiting with baited breath for this to pan out.
I put them at the same level as I do real raw news, but I could be wrong.
OK thanks.
Here is Docket https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/22/22-380/243739/20221027152243533_20221027-152110-95757954-00007015.pdf
Yeah, I've seen this before, but I'm still wondering if it's legit or not. Has it actually appeared on the SCOTUS calendar?
Conference 1-6-23 or sooner, since National Security can be kept secret https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/22-380.html
I don't know whether to trust the "We Love Trump" website or not. Anyone know about the site?
This appears to be a "Shit OR get off the Pot" Situation to the Court...With the Military looking in on??
Based on other stories I've seen and read and the court docket, filing and calendar this appears to be very legit. what the court will actually do with the case is still anybody's guess. will they deny review or otherwise rush it through close yet another door to justice, or will they invalidate the entire 2020 election? prefer to be glass half full guy, so I'm holding out for something spectacular!
Was there a decision?
