What would put 99% of people in the hospital?

According to Q, in post 142 "the truth would put 99% of people in the hospital."
Of all the things Q has said, that is one hell of a spicy comment to make, but what could possibly do that?
Ever since they posted it I have been wondering but nothing I can think of fits.
I mean, even if all the world's worst conspiracies were suddenly revealed to be true, it wouldn't put us all in the emergency ward. Most of us would just go DAYUM, and carry on.
Could we have been implanted with something so that if truths come out the cabal has a global kill switch, something like the plot from Kingsman maybe? The ultimate blackmail?
I realize that is nuts (kek), but a simple truth by itself, how could that put us in hospital?
Any ideas?
That's how I feel. I had a talk with my mom earlier today about how people can't handle the truth.
And this is true even about the jab. My brother is going through this right now--a good friend of his from work, only 59, died suddenly the other day. He was jabbed (everyone at my brother's workplace took it) and everyone is shocked.. My brother is taking it hard, of course, but I think part of it is that it's hitting him that what killed his friend is running through his own veins--and that of his wife and daughter.
A couple of months ago, he started changing the subject any time the jab was brought up (before, he went on about how great it was and that it allowed everything to go back to normal). I don't think he can face his choice, and my mom agrees.
I've tried redpilling him about numerous things via links to videos and articles. He refuses to read them. He makes jokes that people hate Bill Gates because of Windows 98, while ignoring what I send him about Gates wanting the majority of us dead and taking over farmland to control the food (and force us to eat bugs). He still says how the government wants what's "best" for us, regardless of evidence to the contrary. Granted, in the past couple of months, he's gone from denying it all and arguing to just avoiding it. Because he can't handle it (especially the information about pedvores and the pedophiles). I fear what will happen to him when the truth smacks him in the face so hard he can no longer ignore or deny it.
Your brother is one of the sheep, which describes roughly 3/4 of all people. What sheep (a majority of which are single women) want is a cradle to grave safety net - and the only source of that sort of thing is the government.
People like that cannot admit that not only were they wrong, but the government they trust is trying to kill most of them, and that they have no safety net either. Their heads would explode. Therefore, they will go to ridiculous lengths to avoid facing those facts.
However, eventually they will have no choice... and it will not go well for most of them.
