As I commented in the twitter thread - if all the symptoms and illnesses are real, she must sue those that attacked her for defamation. If she does not defend herself against the defamation, it makes it look like she's guilty of faking everything as they claimed.
Bottom line: you cannot let those kinds of attacks slide. You must retaliate and defend yourself to the best of your ability. It sucks, but that is the way it is.
