My BIL is really sick. He's triple vaxxed and boosted has unexplained autoimmune anemia and now he's septic. Doctors are of course baffled. The people that did this need to pay with their lives.

I'm so sorry. Sincere prayers for your BIL and your family. I wish I had some advice to share as well.
