How Embarrassing!

It's a sad case, but your post title could have been better constructed, imo, Sad.
Even a quick read shows that (according to the article), the face owner has been jailed for violations of the Food Act, and NOT for not displaying the Covid QR Code.
Hear me out.
She was given multiple opportunities to respond to complaints about not complying with the Food Act. She chose not to respond. She wasn't even in the court on the day the case was heard. If the report is true, this is relevant.
It paints a picture of someone giving the finger to the system, to the establishment. The fact that she didn't display the Covid QR Code (something I 100% agree with her on) reinforces that impression.
Given these facts, its certain POSSIBLE, even likely that she was targeted. The Establishment HATES those who stand up to it. But stating that she was jailed for not posting the COVID QR code gives what, on the basis of the facts, is a very false impression.
While Australia DID go nuts and Victoria became pseudo-totalitarian during 20/21, there are a lot of people in the States, for example, who have a very distorted picture of the reality, and think that hundreds of thousands of Aussies were herded into Camps and held there.
In order to deconstruct the Matrix and correctly appraise the methods for counteracting it and undoing it, paying attention to facts and details is really, really important.
Anyone hearing that someone was jailed for 2 months because she didn't post the Covid19 QR code triggers emotional reactions that may not be helpful in the long run. In fact, she was fined $300 (Aka US $200) for not posting the Covid QR code, and that was last year.
If we are in an information war, then information is the weapon. HOW we handle the weapon is every bit as important, and sometimes MORE important than the ammunition in the weapon itself. Because handling the weapon incorrectly or improperly can cause a LOT of damage to your own team, instead of helping to take down the opposition.
None of the above is to make light of or underestimate the horrible nature of the regime situation in NZ, or in Aus (or Vic). But details matter, and the more we can be clear about details and manage our emotional and intellectual behavior, the more powerful we become.
Q has consistently emphasized this point.
Thank you, that's a really good take on it. I apologise, my frustration at the insanity everywhere caused me to jump ahead. I will check more carefully before posting. Thank you for taking the time to step out your thinking and to be so polite in the way you pointed out my mis-step - you don't get that in many (or maybe even any) other forums. o7
I got your back, fren.
In my own case, I would have to say that I had to learn the ropes thru trial and error. I feel like a vet now - I began posting and commenting etc on Q back in Jan 2018. As a community, every one of us goes through a process of learning to manage our inner processes. The number of times, for example, that I flew off half cocked and posted something that turned out to be bogus. I (re-)acted first, then had to recognize my mistake.
Not saying you did that here. You actually posted a valid story that smacks of authenticity. The only thing was the framing of the headline.
BTW, I'm a citizen of Danistan. We're really in this together, unlike the fake "we're in this together" that the Aus government propagandized to undermine real social solidarity. Bastards :P

PS. Thanks for the feedback. It IS appreciated!
Oh my God a Victorian. I think we have in NZ have the worst government on Earth (apart from the poor folks under Dan the Dictator). Still at least you lot have Avi to keep the bastards honest, we don't even have anyone like him (although he is causing a huge amount of embarrassment to our bad guys after they trumped up some fake reason for refusing his visa). Stay strong!
