The assumption that existence and history thus far can be distilled down to the mechanics and outcomes of problem solving ... and the corollary that every problem is ultimately solvable through rigor and time, well this is a modernist idea that Bertrand Russell spawned, who was an avowed Malthusian and quite possibly one of the worst human beings of the 20th century. It's not even a hypothesis because it is non-falsifiable. So if this group is working on that assumption (they obviously have done nothing to put this into practice so they can only assume), it doesn't speak well of how they can whiteboard the future "beyond problem solving". Who can even authoritatively charter this kind of technocratic nonsense?
