It is common for images to get flipped when posted. I saved this one and then flipped the image which shows the glove on the right hand. Sometimes, it is just a flipped photo and nothing else.

Pocket squares are on the left side of suits otherwise I would agree with you about the image being flipped. This photo then indicates it is his left hand.
