The flag is useful as an advance indicator that you are dealing with a retarded person. A bit more obvious than pronoun listings or selfies of vaxx passes and masks.

I also love how the guy with the peace symbol is backing the pedo who is massively funneling weapons to terrorist groups and instigating wars as well. Just in case you didn't get enough indicators of specialness with the flag avatar.
