My daughter works with a 31 year old mother of a 2 month old that has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. She has not been vaxxed. She is looking to do a round of chemo, double mastectomy and then another round of chemo...hoping to survive this. Her name is Dara and I am sure she would covet your prayers and I thank you to all in advance for your intercession.
Please have your daughter's friend add these dietary measures to her daily diet. They WILL NOT HARM her and could actually help her.
These vegetables contain micronutrients inside the cell and within the cell wall which, when activated, have anti-cancer effects. When the different micronutrients are able to interact with each other in a raw state because the cell walls have been crushed it greatly amplifies their effectiveness.
If the vegetables are cooked without crushing/chopping beforehand, after over about 4 minutes of cooking, their effectiveness is reduced because the different micronutrients were not able to interact with each other in their raw state - though by no means is their effectiveness eliminated entirely.
If making a soup, combine some raw cruciferous vegetable with water and put in a blender. Allow to sit for several minutes before heating as part of your soup base cooking liquid.
cruciferous = broccoli, cauliflower, kale, collards, mustard greens, cabbage, bok choi, turnips, brussel sprouts, even radishes ; there are many choices!
allium = garlic, onions, shallots, spring onions, leeks
** For example, cloves of garlic combined with a few leaves of kale combined with a few cups of water and thoroughly liquified in a blender make a quick easy soup base. Allow to sit for several minutes and give the micronutrients time to interact with each other while raw before heating the liquid. **
