Constitutional rights such as habeas corpus can only be suspended during time of war, which of course the USA has been in a state of war since Sept 2001. The foreign aided insurrection that occurred in 2020 was just a new phase of that war. As POTUS, Trump always had constitutional war powers at his disposal. Could have used them to prevent the 2020 steal. Didn't. For what ultimate purpose, we can only continue to speculate. Either it's the greatest grift of all time or the greatest sting OP of all time. We certainly hope the latter is true. Time will tell.
In this Truth, the lines that stick out to me is the asking of the question, giving _____ (who?) A choice: declare the rightful winner or run a new election? This seems like comms, a warning of sorts... perhaps to SCOTUS? As in, "you will hear these cases, you will adjudicate the dispute as is your constitutional duty, and you can choose either option, but you must make it so."
