"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or** abridging the freedom of speech**, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances"
The Framers’ goal was to state an objective, not to write a statute. The clauses are cast in absolute terms and either, if expanded to a logical extreme, would tend to clash with the other. Accordingly, the Court has said that rigidity could well defeat the basic purpose of these provisions, which is to insure that no religion be sponsored or favored, none commanded, and none inhibited. A religious belief may fall within the scope of the clauses even if it is not consistent with the tenets of a particular Christian sect, and non-Christian religions are also protected.
Kyrie is being discriminated against for his religious beliefs. Because it competes with a religion that claims a monopoly on being the 'chosen' people. Kyrie's religion has just as much right to claim to be 'chosen' by the Creator as any other religion does.
It's why they came up with the term "hate speech," a false qualifier that the public at large has been conditioned to believe is illegal. The fact so many don't understand an inalienable right is a testament on our failure in the education department.
Kyrie has a Constitutional case before him.

Don't forget "hate crime" too.
