To the second part, I have no idea what we might be missing. To the first one, I've never read the bible, but how long did humans allegedly live for?

From what I recall, between 600-800 years but even just missing that is kind of sad.

I kind of hope that this is wrong cause of everything we are missing but if this is our lot I have to accept it.
