No - it came from someone who tracks trades of politicians. Patch eye about doubled the performance of $SPY last year. Fourth highest gov official on the list..

Translation: he’s an inside trader.. he knows something.. he’s making money by being a policy maker. And this is what he just bought at the end of October.
