I am pleased that USAF has decided to get a little smarter. Although B21 appears to be a rehash of the B2, it is much smaller, designed to be cheaper and easier to produce. The lower price will allow it will be purchased in much larger quantities than the B2, and is even more difficult to track.
If the cost of any weapon platform makes it as ruinous to the purchaser as it would be to any enemy you might use it against, its a net zero - it might even be an asset to the enemy. Hopefully there is a trend of being smarter rather than stupider, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Luckily the government can print money easier than it can build stealth bombers.
Then keep your eyes open. So far, the B-21 has come out with much less sturm und drang than the F-35.
