don't ever say "I don't know" - This is one I agree with, it's terrible customer service and can easily be avoided by a well trained employee. Most high end hotels and establishments use this policy as well. For what everyone is paying to be at disney, I wouldn't want to hear that either.
This rest is trash though, and wouldn't most of those other 'policies' go against all the 'inclusion' BS they are preaching everywhere else?
