Also "Distractions are necessary", "POTUS' Twitter Attack (see above)"

The POTUS Twitter attack part could be regarding the Twitter Files Elon is leaking. Exposing the attack on Trump's Twitter account. This could have been a distraction while the South America stuff was unfolding. It all happened at the same time.
