It's over inflated sensationalized news. For one, Trump can appeal, all the way to SCOTUS if necessary. Secondly, take note of the word usage here, to which it says Trump could now struggle to secure loans and government contracts. It is not Trump, the individual, who has been convicted of any illegality. Pharmaceutical companies and other companies get convicted for fraud. They pay the fine and move on. It does very little to their bottom line.
