I hear ya. I'm dooming again today. Shit is most definitely happening elsewhere in the world, but there is little to nothing to wake up the normies in the US. My wife is willfully asleep making this twice as bad.
I have learned that usually by the end of the day there is news that lifts my spirits. Keep an eye out for that.
We are being subjected to psychological warfare on a daily basis; the most in history. But, we are human. Rest up. Regain your perspective. This is key. And then get back in the fight; digital soldier.
