She is a chronic jet setter and her life revolves around traveling.

Except her trips are literally just fancy dinners, sitting on the beach, and meeting with her litany of fake friends

Her chances of getting tetanus, pertussis, diphtheria, and typhoid are next to nothing. Eating tourist food like ceviche is something of a hepatitis risk. Other food related problems like e. Coli in salads are more of a risk.
