That's about the time AMLO put the Military in charge of the their border instead of their version of CBP, citing "corruption." Most view the military as corrupt as other federal agencies, so there were ongoing jokes about the matter. Interesting the step up in military presence here. Makes me wonder when we'll see the same in USA?
