I ordered a product from eBay through the USPS. I recently moved and I didn't know USPS only kept change-of-address records for 2-years. I learned this. eBay required a change of address that I either missed or the previous purchase went through the USPS change-of-address that was on record. This order I made didn't go through the change-of-address process unbeknownst to me and was delivered to the old address. USPS doesn't hold undeliverable mail and immediately returns-to-sender. This is where products are 'conveniently' lost and never return to the Sender. My product was lost in their system. Trying to make a 'claim' for the lost USPS product is impossible online. Calling them is unfruitful as well. They advised me they were sending out a claim that never was sent.
Fortunately, eBay had a money back guarantee, to which I was refunded. USPS is a very fickle endeavor.
