There was one rumor they are for patriots and not for bad guys though.

No. That entire concept is moronic. There are over 400,000 indictments of CRIMES committed. Each indictment can pertain to more than one individual.

Patriots are working to put an end to those crimes, especially crimes against children. Use your brain.
