I wish I knew if this was true. So much baloney being written about what's happening in Brazil and I don't trust the GWP to get it right. At least one Brazilian posts here and he tells a different story. I hope this is true, but I'll need to look for more sources to verify it for myself.
I contacted a friend that I went to school with that now lives in Brazil. I had sent him an article from TGP and he didn't know anything about it. He said the MSM down there is completely silent on the matter.
