I think he knows they are, but he’s playing dumb to help facilitate the exposure of truth. The Sussman indictment and trial highlighted Perkins Coie and Jim Baker. And if Elon simply dismissed them, normies would accept it and move on. With Kash being a Trump guy and rebuking Elon with the receipts, normies will research to try and prove Kash wrong, even if it means defending Elon.

Trump Derangement Syndrome is a hell of a drug.

Elon is a conduit for transferring Anon knowledge to normies. He's talking about Perkins Coie and soon Sussman to set the stage for a Durham development.
