Total Bullshit. I quit after years of smoking it simply because of dry mouth. Only symptoms I noticed was being a bit irritable for a few days.
Same experience here. I smoke all day every day pretty much and every time I need to stop it's never a big deal. I just miss it lol
It's a lot easier to go without than cigarettes and alcohol.
That irritability is what I'm referring to. Everyone's body deals with chemical changes differently. Some people relate it to an illness.
