Not sure how that relates to my point, which was Boomer libs telling us since the 60's that free speech was sacred then in the 2000's supporting suppression of speech.

Was it just "boomer" libs saying those things though? I get that you're pointing to their hypocrisy. My objection is the rather common denigration of "boomers". Ignorance is spread far and wide.
