All tech/social CEOs are figure heads. Do you really think that the 3 letter agencies that actually run thesecompanies would actually give the CEOs actual power? No gov/agency would allow a company with far more information, data and influence to operate within its borders unless they controlled it.

That said... Jack absolutely knows.and if he knows, he either didn't care, or willfully turned a blind eye. At "best" I think Jack regrets the past and what Twitter did to the internet, but he was also helpingto drive that change.End of story.
