Belgian police searched 16 homes, detained >4 people in and around Brussels on Friday, as part of an investigation into lobbying by Qatar at the European Parliament. Detained include EP Vice-President Eva Kaili, and Luca Visentini, secretary general of the Int Trade Union Confed.
