Um, anyone over at the Bureau of Prisons have any idea where this psychopathic, mass-murdering cartel crime lord is?

I get that the prison bureau has its reasons for this and that, but it seems like it'd be reaaaallly good to know where this sick mass-murdering crazy man has gotten to:
