Someone more schooled in federal litigation than I am should chime in here.
My chief gripe about her lawsuit: she included US Constitutional claims. Why is this bad? Because (1) the defendants can remove this from state to federal court because it involves a federal issue; (2) said removal proceedings will eat up valuable time; and (3) she could end up with the same cucked federal judge that just sanctioned her and Finchem for their pre-election suit.
It is possible that the federal district court would decline the removal. The removal statute provides 4 separate grounds. But the process of removing it is automatic; it takes an order of the court to remand it back to state court. Can you imagine the cucked judge deciding NOT to fuck them on this case too? I canβt.
