If it's true and this was edited, the only logical explanation I can think of is all the countless times they were allowed to tweet lies about Trump. So then these false accusations elon is spreading causes the accused to start tweeting similar tweets like Trump was doing to fight back... in return getting banned like Trump was? Idk, I sure hope Elon explains.. I just posted the question on his Twitter page.. but I have maybe 1 follower haha. Time will tell.
The second comm is saying that new calculations must be made before actions are taken (banning Trump) and this takes time as the original plan has been upset, and needs careful study, so hold your horses.

Looks like yoel roth (child???) likes to use an underscore for emphasis. He did it above with the word _ fine_ too. Thinking that this doc was in an edited, or editable condition is a _ bit_ of a reach; imhop, of course.
slack is like underlining or bolding the word, like ga.w's:
*this*
(i just found out they both do the same thing on gaw. here's with the underscores: this here's with the stars: this )
Depending on what program they're using to take the screenshot it could be either.. a text where the cursor shows but it is editable (or not). or it could be a pipe | in the text
This would be more like reformatting. It makes sense that they used an application that allows editing by adding images, which is why we see an overlay covering up the other user's name. It appears that the same application also allows text editing. Whether they edited the text in question is a different matter, and that would require forensic analysis.
It is interesting that they pasted the info into such an application rather than used screenshots of the original. Perhaps this suggests that this conversation was taken from a database, other messages existed between these two, or taking a screenshot would risk revealing this person's identity.

Suddenly it's timed chess........and their position is failing fast.
The crowd get impatient but calculations must be made.

Sorry, I thought you meant content. it's probably the content that partly explains the edit prompts as well.
yup
Been meeting a lot of eagles lately. Something in the eyes.

Parallel plotlines make for strange bedfellows.
Maybe it's internal correspondence left in draft mode like Gmail.
We know they utilized this method
Then it was copied and pasted into a document for easier uploading I'd assume.
Sometimes I will copy something and paste it into a word document for less issues when sharing and this could be one possibility.
Of course, you could just ask Musk

Hmm.....ok......haven’t had me coffee yet..... you may have a point!
_ |my_ eyes aren’t the best anymore either (just having fun there...I actually think there is fuckery going on)....
I am undecided on elon.
Orrr.. Elon is editing out the actual name.. like maybe JACK... with someone?
_ Maybe it's left grammar for "up-talk these words"? _
Yeah agree along those lines - or _ air quotes_ 👍
It's a slack message

It could be anything.
When i look at this my first thought is:
They copied a string of messages in slack and pasted it into word, or a similar word processor.

Depends. If you're tampering with it or not.
if you're doing a report you could copy and paste these things in a word document to keep it from the rest of the data.
