Griner is essentially a retarded child who doesn't know any better, and changed genders when all the adults in her life said it was totally normal and not retarded, but she didn't calculate for people outside of her bubble who can obviously see she is indeed a big retard.

That's probably about right. "She" may have been convinced "she" was a girl at an early age, and fortunately for "her", it looks like surgery wasn't done, and perhaps they didn't even do hormone therapy. But it would be hard for "her" to explain the strange thing between "her" legs :)
