I guess the white hats found the only individual who could afford to and being a public company, have to submit all offers to shareholders and shareholders decide by vote. The deep state were in control of management but not in control of who could buy a public company.

True and don't get me wrong, I'm praying for him to be a white hat and not another cabal demon. This has crossed my mind, just seems incredible that they could lose grip of such an important tool.
