If the ban was on behalf of the FBI and any other govt puppet masters, it’s a clear violation of the law. Twitter would have been acting as an agent of the govt. That’s a 1st Amendment violation.
If they were conspiring to manufacture reasons to do this, I think that should suffice. If twitter was acting as an agent of the govt, no consequence for non-compliance is needed. It’s built into their business model by govt directive.
