Mike was also CIA Director for Trump before he was SOS. Arguably he would be a perfect choice if he didn't turn out to be cabal.

Most likely. It is possible that the first impeachment trial ended the way it did because President Trump was about to introduce the Hunter Biden laptop as evidence. Once that happened, we could trace the "10% for the Big guy" statement to Barack Obama.
