Yep. SBF was set to testify tomorrow before the House Financial Services Committee. The arrest means that he will be held in the Bahamas until a formal extradition request is made to transfer, and will eliminate his testimony before the GOP from taking place.

This is illegal under 18 U.S.C. 1505 https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1505
