I have been thinking about this for a few days now. It's surreal and I'm disturbed. 30,000 babies a year? This looks like a horror movie. But it's real. The ability to do evil, and damage humanity is off the scale? What is the purpose of this facility. Is it like infant formula, get woman to stop naturally breastfeeding their children? What happens if you need soldiers in the thousands. Welcome to the clone wars?? IDK, it could be used for good but at scale it seems nefarious.
