"We know possibly thousands of conservatives on Twitter across this country were shadow banned, blocked and had their freedom of speech restricted under the guise of โpolicy violation
So in essence potentially thousands of people were harmed.
We know from the Twitter files this was almost exclusively directed at conservatives and those who dared to ask question about our elections and COVID.
This including the banning of a President of the US.
So why donโt a number of the Red State AGโs consider organizing and filing lawsuits to get to the actual communications (emails and texts) sent by possibly outside individuals who may have encouraged, directed or promoted the filtering and or banning of Americans free speech?
These AGโs have the authority to bring lawsuits forward and thus gain massive discovery so ALL Americans can see specifically who was involved in the filtering, blocking and banning of conservative speech prior to the 2020 election.
EVERY communication should be made public regardless if that person works within or outside Twitter and also regardless if that person is a Republican or a Democrat and regardless if that person works in the public or private sector.
Americans should unite and demand these Red State AGโs organize and act to defend their citizens who were harmed via bias and political censoring.
A column suggesting this potentially very actionable step could go a long way to helping Americans to get to the Full Truth. If written thousands of patriots who were effected could forward this โideaโ to their state AGโs
Full Transparency has no filter otherwise it is selective narration and or protection.
I don't really know what a state AG can do though. Best case is an injunction. But then someone would have to rat on the feds that they are violating the injunction.
It seems to me that it is ripe for a civil rights suit against the feds who were delivering unlawful censoring orders. Some of the bigger names that we have seen in the releases have all they need to go nuts with. And in those suits they might be able to get more info.
And in light of that info, and perhaps maybe even twitter being willing to play ball, a plaintiff might be able to subpoena that information from twitter directly without having to get a court involved. Then you'd have everything you needed to file suit.

The red state AGโs who are on the side of the people are taking action. The rest, are controlled through blackmail, bribes, and indoctrination.
