I experienced this first hand in Afghanistan. It was a “cultural” thing. We weren’t to intervene. And I was gov not mil there. They got the Dyncorp pilots who were compromised (drugs) and they flew “displaced children” from point a to b. Sickening. And yes, man love Thursday is a real thing.
