I would add that the military not only has full knowledge, but is seemingly an integral part of the problem. Lt. Col. Michael Aquino (Temple of Set) operated in plain sight for decades and was reportedly Cathy O'Brien's handler. He was also named by numerous children in the Presidio child abuse scandal in the mid 80's. Military involvement in SRA and child trafficking has been going on for decades. Afterall, what are Deep Underground MILITARY Bases being used for?
