From my point of view, firstly, the 'Q people' are about as cohesive as 'Libertarians.' What I mean by that, is that most in the 'community' share some common ground: which I would say is primarily that there is deep-seated corruption in governments around the world, and clear coordination between many bad actors. Which continues to be proven true time and time again.
The extent of this corruption, or the details of those crimes, can extend in belief from human trafficking to satanic ritual abuse of children and adrenochrome harvesting. There is certainly no consensus of opinion surrounding these things, and you'll find many on this board skeptical of the latter. So just as you will find drastically different ideologies within two people who consider themselves 'Libertarian' (such as the anarcho-capitalist Libertarians and the 'green' Libertarians) you will rarely find two people on this board who agree on every detail surrounding the conspiracies, because until hard evidence turns up, most is speculation. In fact, you'll even find many on this board who support the general Q movement, who don't necessarily even believe that Q is anything more than a LARP -- because the message is more important than the credentials of who speaks it.
As far as the idea that Q promotes inaction, I would just point to the observable evidence. It's quite frequent to see 'Q people' attending protests and rallies, combating information wars on social media, and so on, as I'm sure you've seen for yourself. But many have mistaken a lack of a call to VIOLENT response as inaction -- which is not true. The difference between the hot-headed PDW user and many, if not most on this board, is that we know that a revolution will only be successful if the ideology behind it resonates with the public.
So we engage in the 'information war' with the goal of getting people to wake up, think for themselves, and stop swallowing the mainstream narratives. Because the truth speaks for itself, and once the people see it, they'll be ready for a revolution.
It's also worth noting that if what 'Q people' were doing wasn't so effective, the MSM wouldn't be so enraged by the growth of the movement. But they are, because it is effective, and the result is fewer and fewer people believing the lies being propagated by the 'intelligence' community.
3% of the population fought the revolutionary war. Most people don’t care who rules them as long as the tv works and the have food and a warm place to sleep. The problem with this whole board is it’s run by longtime anon autists who don’t know the first thing about the people who are their fellow citizen.
There will be an opportunity for a change of guard, and if the brains in the group don’t start preparing for that, then a deep state puppet will end up at the helm again and all this will start over.
Good question.

If it wasn’t effective it may not have grown?
Your post is spot on, I'd just like to add the point that the only way to win this war is maintaining the moral high ground.

A small amount fought, but if it was only that small amount that believed in the cause, then it would have been an incredibly pointless fight.
You can’t force people to be free.
Bingo, so why are we waiting? Oh right. Q. Trust the plan.
