By Jan Brewer, who was SoS when Fife Symington had to resign and ended up going to jail. Brewer was elected after finishing Fife's term, about 3 years. She tried to argue that she should be able to run again (2 term limit) because she had only been elected once, but it was not allowed and we got Ducey.
