I’ve noticed this, they vilify and shame any tobacco use, legislate it, regulate it, outright ban it. Yet at the same time are telling hard drug users to not feel ashamed of their use, but to feel proud they can “use safely.” And then they fund the methods of their use with free needles and pipes.
