"Yeah they do" could honestly be read two different ways.

Yeah, they do have a negative impact on the climate.

Yeah, they do have a positive impact on the climate.

Without elaboration we don't know whether he's being ignorant or cheeky... but coming from a guy who literally carried a sink into Twitter HQ, I lean towards cheeky. I could be wrong. He's proven ignorant about other things.
