You can see what looks like a red moon but it's not directly above White House. However if the red moon never moved then it's not a moon.

It looks pretty close to directly over the center, just slightly right of center. I thought it was a red moon as well at first. But alas, it is still there. Wait, are you there now viewing it in person or are you watching the live cam?

I just checked it out in the daylight. I can still see something there, but it is definitely more noticeable at night.

You can see some reflection on the clouds above the thing.

I don't think the moon does that.
