I have a friend with a sick gallbladder so I told her I'd check here with y'all (you guys have been an incredible source of help and knowledge for me!). I've already had mine taken out years ago but she is trying to avoid that as much as possible considering the medical establishment has proven to be so untrustworthy. Any information you can give to help would be so much appreciated, the poor thing is miserable- not to the horrible stage yet, but she's getting there. Thank you & God bless! 💗

has she identified what causes her pain? I started having gall bladder pain a few years ago. I realized that cheese and junk food - specifically potato chips and cheese puffs - caused almost immediate pain so I eliminated those snacks. turns out hard cheese is OK, its the soft processed cheese product that does me in. chips....I figure its the grease. I also have to watch how often I have pizza.
I added more fiber/whole grains to my diet along with lots of spinach (both cooked and raw in salad), apple cider vinegar chew and magnesium chew. So, unless I cheat and eat something that I KNOW will hurt, I havent had any more attacks.
My SIL has the same problem, but she has not been able to identify the cause, so suffers with it. BIL had to have his removed.
Thank you, She hasn't really been able to pinpoint anything she just kinda guesses but isn't really sure.
