The theory of devolution is that he actually devolved the authority of the President into the hands of the military, not that he is still secretly President. That means the military is in charge and making the final decisions, with Trump in an advisory role. One reason this makes sense to me is that a President’s authority is kind of always conditional on the approval of the military. Like if a President ever said anything crazy, like starting nuking China NOW NOW NOW, the military would go, “Nah, we’re not doing that.”
So devolving the President’s power to the military is kind of a legal technicality since the military is essentially in power anyway. And then if Trump and the military were in agreement on the situation with 2020 and the Biden coup, and both agreed the globalists were trying to trigger a civil war, it would be even less risky for Trump to hand over power because it’s an entire team in command and the team agrees, with Trump simply being the public face of that team. If the public face steps away and that’s all that’s needed to prevent a civil war, is that not the right move?
so you think he can keep his current role/position, and at the same time become speaker of the house?
Why not? If he’s an “advisor to the military”, it would be in an unofficial capacity, so I’m not sure that would legally preclude him from being Speaker of the House. I would assume the military has the power and authority to use pretty much anyone they want as an advisor. Who would even stop them?
I’m not totally convinced Trump will run for Speaker of the House though.
nothing, just sounds like it's prolonging the reinstatement, rather than do what needs to be done ASAP
