Not exactly, the bot farms in which the US runs that promote the NPC programming such as vaccines, ukraine are gone. Illusion shattered
They may however have been physically located in the Ukraine, sort of like the biolabs. Just a hunch.
It’s plausible they could have been used as a proxy but doubtful. The infrastructure over there is completely fucked and not reliable to run bot farms with precious propaganda

Know “what” exactly? The US based bot farms or ukraine not being feasible to have bot farms atm
